Sunoco Operational Excellence Management System (OEMS): developed by Sunoco to integrate all aspects of health, safety, environment and operations integrity into one management system.

Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA): OSHA's mission is to prevent work-related injuries, illnesses and deaths.

In addition to our agency certifications, we have routine audits by our major oil customers and submit safety reports on a monthly basis. A Stormwater Prevention Pollution Plan (SWPPP), Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure Plan (SPCC), and routine health screenings for benzene exposure and hearing loss are also in place.
