Fleet Coordinator - Philadelphia, PA

This position is responsible for manning all vessels and managing crew change while meeting safety and USCG regulations.   Ideal candidate must build and maintain strong bonds w/fleet employees to ensure smooth transitions, juggle manning on day to day basis when changes occur (emergencies, medical, personal, etc.), and field phone calls from any and all fleet employees concerning scheduling, payroll, licensing, schooling, etc.  Must have three years experience in the maritime industry with a strong scheduling background preferred.
